("uScore"), an Alabama corporation with its principal office located in Birmingham, Alabama. uScore hosts a website (the "Site") with a homepage located at www.uscoretestprep.com. This Privacy Policy sets forth uScore's policies related to the collection, use, and maintenance of information obtained from schools, school districts, libraries, and other organizations, and from individuals who visit the Site. This Privacy Policy should be read in conjunction with uScore's User Agreement (the "User Agreement"), which further defines the terms pursuant to which you may use the Site.

Please know that your privacy is very important to all of us at uScore and we are committed to respecting and protecting the personal information you share with us online ("Your Personal Information"). We understand that you want to retain as much control as possible over Your Personal Information and we further recognize your desire to have Your Personal Information appropriately collected, used, and maintained by uScore. We believe that the information contained in this Privacy Policy will allow you to make (i) an informed decision regarding whether to visit the Site and (ii) informed decisions while visiting the Site, if you so choose.

Your Personal Information

We collect Your Personal Information whenever you (i) register for a free diagnostic test or free trial, (ii) purchase an uScore product or service, or (iii) obtain a uScore and/or CERT account through your school, school district, library, or other organization. We also collect Your Personal Information when you register, during the purchase process or otherwise, to receive informational updates, offers, and/or other notifications from uScore. As we collect Your Personal Information, we safeguard its privacy by using measures that are both customary and commercially reasonable. We use Your Personal Information to provide you with the products and/or services that you purchased from us and to provide you with the informational updates, offers, and other notifications that you registered, during the purchase process or otherwise, to receive. We also use Your Personal Information and that of all or some other visitors to generate statistics regarding the demographics of visitors and to help us understand (i) how visitors value our products and services and (ii) how visitors use the Site, in general, and specific pages of the Site, in particular. We maintain the privacy of Your Personal Information by using measures that are both customary and commercially reasonable. Your IP Address and Anonymous Data

We collect data when you visit the Site. Such data includes, but is not limited to, your IP (Internet Protocol) address and information like your browser type, operating system, domain name, platform, connection speed, and referring web site addresses (collectively, "Your Anonymous Information"). We use Your Anonymous Information and that of all, or at times some, other visitors (collectively "Anonymous Visitor Information") to generate statistics regarding the demographics of visitors. We also use Anonymous Visitor Information to generate statistics to help us understand how visitors use the Site, in general, and specific pages of the Site, in particular. Again, except for your IP address, uScore does not collect Your Personal Information except when such information is specifically provided by you when you (i) register for a free diagnostic test or free trial, (ii) purchase a uScore product or service, or (iii) otherwise register with uScore. We ensure that the collection of Your Personal Information is not excessive by industry standards.

Except as otherwise set forth in this Privacy Policy or in the User Agreement, Your Personal Information will not be disclosed, sold, or otherwise transferred to unaffiliated third parties without your approval. If at any time you register or otherwise agree to receive additional information about uScore products and services, you will occasionally be reminded that you can, at any time, "opt out" of receiving additional promotional and/or marketing information. Notwithstanding the forgoing, however, uScore reserves the right to contact you regarding the status of your account and/or other matters relevant to your account, if you are a subscriber to one or more of uScore 's products and/or services.

Security

uScore is concerned with the security of Your Personal Information. This Site has been designed to include features that are intended to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of Your Personal Information. Such features include, but are not limited to, a secure network and database that are password protected and firewall secured, as appropriate. Furthermore, except as otherwise provided for herein, only authorized uScore employees have access to Your Personal Information and all employees are familiar with this Privacy Policy, the User Agreement, and uScore's general policies regarding the treatment of Your Personal Information.

Children's Guidelines

In order to comply with COPPA regulations, as amended, students under the age of thirteen are not permitted to purchase uScore products or services, or otherwise register with uScore directly. uScore requires the parents/guardians of such students to complete purchases, or otherwise register, under their own names. The Site's online forms contain blocking mechanisms that are intended to prevent the collection of personally identifiable information from users under the age of thirteen who attempt to make purchases or otherwise register with uScore. Once the Site recognizes that a user is under the age of thirteen, it automatically rejects such purchase or registration.

Disclaimer

As set forth elsewhere in this Privacy Policy, uScore reserves the right to disclose Your Personal Information to third parties in the business of providing products or services that we think may be of interest to you, and if and when doing so is required by law to be disclosed, material to a legal proceeding, ordered to be disclosed by a government body or court of competent jurisdiction, or if we have properly obtained your consent.
