uScore for the ACT - Gold Plan

4-Point Increase Guarantee

uScore guarantees that your composite ACT score will go up by 4 points or more, when you use the Gold Plan of uScore for the ACT as directed. Your score increase will be calculated as follows:

(Post-uScore ACT Composite Score) – (Baseline ACT Composite Score) = Your ACT Score Increase

For purposes of the calculation above, your "Baseline ACT Composite Score" will equal the composite score of your best "actual, offline, ACT-Corporation administered" ACT (an "actual ACT") that was taken before the date on which you purchased the Gold Plan of uScore for the ACT. If you purchase the Gold Plan of uScore for the ACT before you have taken an actual ACT, your "Baseline ACT Composite Score" will equal the composite score of Test 1 of the Gold Plan of uScore for the ACT.

For purposes of the calculation above, your "Post-uScore ACT Composite Score" will equal the composite score of the first actual ACT that you properly complete after you have completed the Gold Plan of uScore for the ACT in its entirety; provided, however, that such first actual ACT is taken within one week of completing the Gold Plan of uScore for the ACT.

If "Your ACT Score Increase" is not greater than or equal to 4 points, you will be entitled to retake a reset version of the Gold Plan of uScore for the ACT over a six-month period that will begin at the time your claim under this guarantee is approved by uScore.

Notwithstanding any of the foregoing, the 4-Point Increase Guarantee will only apply if you satisfy all of the following conditions:

• Have a Baseline ACT Composite Score that is lower than 26;
• Complete the uScore Learning Cycle (test-grade-review) for each multiple-choice practice test included in the Gold Plan of uScore for the ACT;
• Complete Test 1 in its entirety before completing any other practice test section;
• Submit, at the time you are making a claim pursuant to this guarantee, the score report of an actual ACT that was taken prior to your purchase of the Gold Plan of uScore for the ACT, if applicable;
• Submit, at the time you are making a claim pursuant to this guarantee, the score report of the first actual ACT that you take after completing the Gold Plan of uScore for the ACT in its entirety;
• Claim your right to the guarantee within thirty (30) days of the date on which you take your first actual ACT after completing the Gold Plan of uScore for the ACT; and
• Submit all supporting documentation to uScore at the time you claim your right to the guarantee.

uScore for the ACT - Silver Plan

3-Point Increase Guarantee

uScore guarantees that your composite ACT score will go up by 3 points or more, when you use the Silver Plan of uScore for the ACT as directed. Your score increase will be calculated as follows:

(Post-uScore ACT Composite Score) – (Baseline ACT Composite Score) = Your ACT Score Increase

For purposes of the calculation above, your "Baseline ACT Composite Score" will equal the composite score of your best "actual, offline, ACT-Corporation administered" ACT (an "actual ACT") that was taken before the date on which you purchased the Silver Plan of uScore for the ACT. If you purchase the Silver Plan of uScore for the ACT before you have taken an actual ACT, your "Baseline ACT Composite Score" will equal the composite score of Test 1 of the Silver Plan of uScore for the ACT.

For purposes of the calculation above, your "Post-uScore ACT Composite Score" will equal the composite score of the first actual ACT that you properly complete after you have completed the Silver Plan of uScore for the ACT in its entirety; provided, however, that such first actual ACT is taken within one week of completing the Silver Plan of uScore for the ACT.

If "Your ACT Score Increase" is not greater than or equal to 3 points, you will be entitled to retake a reset version of the Silver Plan of uScore for the ACT over a six-month period that will begin at the time your claim under this guarantee is approved by uScore.

Notwithstanding any of the foregoing, the 3-Point Increase Guarantee will only apply if you satisfy all of the following conditions:

• Have a Baseline ACT Composite Score that is lower than 26;
• Complete the uScore Learning Cycle (test-grade-review) for each multiple-choice practice test included in the Silver Plan of uScore for the ACT;
• Complete Test 1 in its entirety before completing any other practice test section;
• Submit, at the time you are making a claim pursuant to this guarantee, the score report of an actual ACT that was taken prior to your purchase of the Silver Plan of uScore for the ACT, if applicable;
• Submit, at the time you are making a claim pursuant to this guarantee, the score report of the first actual ACT that you take after completing the Silver Plan of uScore for the ACT in its entirety;
• Claim your right to the guarantee within thirty (30) days of the date on which you take your first actual ACT after completing the Silver Plan of uScore for the ACT; and
• Submit all supporting documentation to uScore at the time you claim your right to the guarantee.

uScore for the ACT - Bronze Plan

2-Point Increase Guarantee

uScore guarantees that your composite ACT score will go up by 2 points or more, when you use the Bronze Plan of uScore for the ACT as directed. Your score increase will be calculated as follows:

(Post-uScore ACT Composite Score) – (Baseline ACT Composite Score) = Your ACT Score Increase

For purposes of the calculation above, your "Baseline ACT Composite Score" will equal the composite score of your best "actual, offline, ACT-Corporation administered" ACT (an "actual ACT") that was taken before the date on which you purchased the Bronze Plan of uScore for the ACT. If you purchase the Bronze Plan of uScore for the ACT before you have taken an actual ACT, your "Baseline ACT Composite Score" will equal the composite score of your uScore for the ACT Bronze Plan test (Test 1).

For purposes of the calculation above, your "Post-uScore ACT Composite Score" will equal the composite score of the first actual ACT that you properly complete after you have completed the Bronze Plan of uScore for the ACT in its entirety; provided, however, that such first actual ACT is taken within one week of completing the Bronze Plan of uScore for the ACT.

If "Your ACT Score Increase" is not greater than or equal to 2 points, you will be entitled to two additional uScore for the ACT practice tests for a two-month period that will begin at the time your claim under this guarantee is approved by uScore.

Notwithstanding any of the foregoing, the 2-Point Increase Guarantee will only apply if you satisfy all of the following conditions:

• Have a Baseline ACT Composite Score that is lower than 27;
• Complete the uScore Learning Cycle (test-grade-review) for each multiple-choice practice test included in the Bronze Plan of uScore for the ACT;
• Submit, at the time you are making a claim pursuant to this guarantee, the score report of an actual ACT that was taken prior to your purchase of the Bronze Plan of uScore for the ACT, if applicable;
• Submit, at the time you are making a claim pursuant to this guarantee, the score report of the first actual ACT that you take after completing the Bronze Plan of uScore for the ACT in its entirety;
• Claim your right to the guarantee within thirty (30) days of the date on which you take your first actual ACT after completing the Bronze Plan of uScore for the ACT; and
• Submit all supporting documentation to uScore at the time you claim your right to the guarantee.
